Frankfort Police arrested 23-year-old Craig Hale of Crawfordsville Thursday in Frankfort. Hale had two Failure to Appear warrants for separate cases in 2020.
Hale was operating a vehicle in the area of Jackson and Morrison streets. Police waited until Hale parked his vehicle before approaching him. Hale ran from officers and tried to enter a vehicle that was not his. Officers pulled him from the vehicle and made the arrest.
The Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office added new charges for Hale. They include Resisting Law Enforcement def. knowingly or intentionally flees from law enforcement, Resisting Law Enforcement def. knowingly/intentionally forcibly resist/obstruct, unauthorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Suspended.
