The Frankfort Police Department apprehended a mysterious green individual dressed as Santa Claus Friday night as he roamed downtown Frankfort. This individual was later identified as The Grinch, who was attempting to steal Christmas. It was learned later that this mean green individual had also attempted to steal Christmas in Whoville!
