Tax season is upon Clinton County, and the Frankfort Tax-Aide Prep program is ready to help community members file their taxes for 2026. The program provides step-by-step assistance to ensure local taxpayers complete their filings accurately and efficiently.
This year, all tax preparation services are by appointment only. Intake forms must be obtained and completed in advance, away from the intake site, before appointments can proceed. Most taxpayers will need to make three separate visits to the tax site:
-
Make an appointment and pick up the tax packet
-
Submit completed paperwork
-
Review and sign final forms
Appointments can be requested by leaving a voicemail at 765-239-9609. Tax prep packets must be picked up in person from the Frankfort Neighborhood Center, located at 259 S. 3rd St., Frankfort. Return calls will come from either 617-675-4444 or 765-239-9609.
Appointments are available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For more information, contact the Neighborhood Center at 765-239-9609.
