Frankfort Utility Service Board to Meet January 12

The Frankfort Utility Service Board (USB) will hold its next public meeting on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in person and streamed live on the Frankfort Municipal Utilities YouTube channel, where it will also be archived for later viewing.

The meeting will begin with a call to order, the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call, and approval of minutes, followed by an opportunity for public participation and a safety minute.

Public comments may be submitted in advance by emailing the USB Secretary, Andrew Day, at aday@fmu-in.com. Emails should include the meeting date for which the comment is intended and the sender’s mailing address. Submitting comments at least 24 hours prior to the meeting will help ensure distribution to USB members. Individuals wishing to speak in person must provide their name and address on the sign-in sheet. The board may limit public comments at its discretion and will announce any limitations during the meeting.

This agenda is a draft and may be adjusted at the discretion of the Utility Service Board. With 48-hour notice, the City of Frankfort will provide appropriate aids and services to ensure effective communication for individuals with disabilities so they may participate fully.
