The Frankfort Hot Dog volleyball team participated in the Peru Invite on Saturday, taking three out of four matches.
The Hot Dogs began their season with a 2-0 victory over Rensselaer Central. Junior Caroline Queen led the way with eight kills and four aces.
In their second match, Frankfort fell 2-0 to Hamilton Heights.
In the second half of Saturday’s action, the Hot Dogs picked up sweeps over Huntington North and Blackford.
Lily Rockhold delivered 18 kills between the two matches. Queen and senior Jalen Smith also had strong performances.
The Hot Dogs will take on Rossville tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m.
