A Frankfort woman was arrested over the weekend also on numerous violations after a routine traffic stop. The driver, 51-year-old Vikki Jarboe of Frankfort, fled when drugs were found. Jarboe placed her hand against her neck with an unknown object, which police suspected was a knife and threatened to harm herself.
Officers negotiated with her until a crisis response team member arrived. Police were able to get the knife away from her and she is now facing numerous charges including fleeing law enforcement and marijuana possession.
