A Frankfort woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon. The wreck occurred at State Road 75 and County Road 700N in Clinton County. 37-year-old Brittany Burch of Mississippi hit a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Crystal Ragan of Frankfort. It was determined Burch was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was entrapped. She was transported to an Indianapolis hospital. Ragan was partially ejected from her vehicle because of the impact and was pronounced dead at the scene. Ragan had four children inside the vehicle, two of which who were also ejected due to the impact of the crash. Those two were transported by air to a Lafayette hospital, their conditions are unknown. This crash is still under investigation.
