Gary J. Robertson, 87, of Frankfort, died November 3, 2023 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Indiana. He was born October 24, 1936 in Frankfort, Ind. to George & Mary (Everman) Robertson. He married Judy Byers in 1961 and they divorced.
Gary was a 1954 graduate of Frankfort H
igh School and had lived in Frankfort and Lafayette. He worked for P.R. Mallory, Goodwin Funeral Home, Nickel Plate Railroad and was owner of The Cave Tavern, retiring in 1985. Gary was a member of the Eagles, American Legion and Indianapolis Oldtimers Baseball Club. He was scouted and traveled with the Cleveland Indians. His love and appreciation of baseball was unmatched.
Gary is survived by his son, Tucker (Kelly) Robertson of Orlando, FL
