German Schools Reopen

Students begin their second week of school to take final exams as classrooms begin to open again in Germany.

According to the attached article by Reuters, the decision to start school again is in the hands of each of the different 16 states in Germany.  In Berlin, 19 year olds come back to school first, followed by 16 year olds and then younger students return until the youngest students return last.

Strict procedures are in place for returning students with respect to distancing, use of face masks and disinfecting hands.
