Grand Champion Honors Highlight 2026 Clinton County 4-H Rabbit Show

Peyton Schimmel earned Grand Champion honors during the Rabbit Show at the 2026 Clinton County 4-H Fair, while Tegan Walker was named Reserve Champion.

Schimmel also captured the Best 6 Class title, and Walker won the Best 4 Class competition.

In the Commercial Rabbit Show, Tegan Walker earned championships in both the Meat Pen and Fryer divisions. Kyla VanHeath claimed top honors in the Roaster and Stewer classes.

Showmanship awards recognized exhibitors for their knowledge and handling skills. Sophia Burrell was named Master Showman. Jaylynn Burrell won both the Senior and Intermediate Showmanship divisions. McKenna Burrell was the Junior Showmanship champion, and Hunter Hailey earned the Novice Showmanship title.

Rabbit Ambassador honors were also presented. Mady Negal was named Senior Rabbit Ambassador, Sophia Burrell was selected as Intermediate Rabbit Ambassador, Holly Sanders earned the Junior Rabbit Ambassador title, and McKenna Burrell was named Novice Rabbit Ambassador.

The annual rabbit show highlighted the dedication, skill, and sportsmanship of Clinton County 4-H members as they showcased the results of their hard work throughout the year.
