Harley G. Miller

Harley G. Miller, 88, Rossville, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at Creasy Springs Health Campus in Lafayette.  He was born on February 6, 1934, in Milwaukee, WI to Samuel and Mirtel (Wessel) Miller.  He married Gladys Irene Yoder on April 17, 1955.  She preceded him in death on December 11, 2018.

Harley was a 1952 graduate of Rossville High School.  He was a life-long farmer and drove a bus for 29 years for the Rossville School Corporation.  He was a member of North Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Church and enjoyed woodworking.

Harley is survived by his children, Dennis (Bonnie) Miller, Bruce (Deb) Miller, Roger (Renita) Miller, and Sandra (Mark) Long; 14 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild.

Along with his wife of 63 years, Harley was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gene Miller; a granddaughter, Stephanie Miller; and a great grandson, Ted Brubaker.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 5, 2022, from 3-5pm and 6-8pm at Genda Funeral Home ~ Rossville Chapel.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at North Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Church with burial to follow at North Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made in Harley’s honor to the Kokomo Rescue Mission.  Messages of condolence may be left at www.gendafuneralhome.com.
