The “Norman Rockwell” setting of the Harvard Terrace parade is now over 25 years old. The annual 10:00 AM start for this favorite July 4th parade features shady streets, the fun time band and kids galore parading on bikes, trikes and about any creative wheeled invention you can think of that can bring some smiles once again to the 4 or 5 block parade route that starts each year on Harvard Terrace.
