Healthy Communities of Clinton County Coalition did a banner project with all of the high schools called ‘Healthy Highs for Teens.’ Some of the banners are up around the downtown square in Frankfort thanks to the Parks Department. Others will be going up in the small towns within the next few weeks.
Director of Operations for Healthy Communities Kathy Martin said they were able to do through a grant from the Drug and Alcohol Coalition.
