Many women have either lost their jobs, been downsized, are working from home, and have many other challenges that they are facing. One of the things women have put off is non-life-threatening health care, such as annual exams. Annual exams are an important part of your health care that helps to identify problems and health care needs.
Clinton County Family Planning and Reproductive Clinic is here to help you obtain your health goals. They are starting a new Title X Clinic that offers free, or very low cost, birth control, STI testing/treatment, annual exams with cancer screening for pap smears/mammograms. Cost is based on income and many of our clients pay little or no fees for services, birth control and lab testing. We can also help with referrals to different specialties for problems outside of our scope of practice.
