Inside INdiana Business is reporting that 10 Indiana colleges and universities are included in Kiplinger’s 2018 “Best College Values” list. The ranking is based on criteria including competitiveness, graduation rates, and cost and financial aid.
The list begins with 1,200 schools and is narrowed down to the top 300. The other criteria involved in compiling the list include academic support and student indebtedness.
The University of Notre Dame ranks highest among Indiana schools at number 46. DePauw University is the only other Hoosier institution in the top 100, ranked at number 80.
The remaining Indiana schools on the list include:
- 117 – Purdue University
- 148 – Earlham College
- 175 – Hanover College
- 180 – Wabash College
- 190 – University of Evansville
- 211 – Butler University
- 220 – Goshen College
- 263 – Indiana University Bloomington
Princeton University tops the 2018 list, followed by Davidson College, Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, Harvard University and Duke University. You can connect to the full list by clicking here.
