Ian Glen Marcum, 32, of Frankfort, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 10, 2021, at his home in Frankfort. He was born in Frankfort on September 15, 1989, to Tony and Debra Marcum. Ian enjoyed life with his companion, Brooke; she survives.
Ian graduated Frankfort Senior High School class of 2008. He recently started working for Frito-Lay. Prior to that, he worked as a union roofer for Hinshaw Roofing. His interests included video games, drawing, and reading. A niece of Ian’s lovingly stated, “my uncle used to be really goofy”.
Surviving Ian is his father, Tony; two sons, Benjamin and Logan Marcum; brother, Tadd (Katie) Marcum; uncle, Todd (Mary) Keever; and nieces, Jocelyn, Katelyn, and Alexis.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Debra; brother, Nathan Marcum; grandmother, Judith Keever; and uncle, Jamie Marcum.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the start of the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort with Pastor Gordon Smith officia
