Indiana deaths from COVID-19 are down dramatically on a per day basis. (See Graph Below)
Meanwhile, the positive test rate in Clinton County is now 3.1% positive on a rolling average. This percentage has remained approximately the same after a strong mid-May decline. According to the in.gov Covid site Clinton County is currently testing positive at a 2.1% rate on last data sample.
This means that about 2-3% of all Clinton County tests for COVID-19 are proven positive. Over 95% of all tests in Clinton County are negative since about Mid May. (See graph from In.gov COVID site below)

Positive Cases for the entire state of Indiana are running at about 500 positive cases per day. (See graph below)
The peak for positive cases in Indiana was during the late April/early May period. In late April, Indiana reported nearly 1000 cases in one day.
Currently positive cases in Indiana have been averaging slightly under 500 state-wide cases per day since late May while actual death rates decline per day(See Graph Below)
