During the course of the stop a backseat passenger was allegedly found to be in possession of a handgun, synthetic marijuana and marijuana. The passenger, who could not produce an identification, identified himself to police as a 17 year old male. He was arrested and transported to the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center. While at the JDC he became verbally uncooperative and refused to speak to anybody.
