INDOT has announced they are going to be delaying the State Road 29 chip and seal project that that was scheduled to start Wednesday. They will notify Clinton County Central Dispatch when they reschedule this project.
INDOT was to have lane closures on State Road 29 beginning Wednesday, weather permitting. State Road 29 was to be chip and sealed from U.S. 421 to State Road 26. Work was expected to last through Thursday.
INDOT crews were going to be applying a chip-seal treatment to preserve and protect the nearly 19 miles of State Road 29.
