The Indiana Department of Transportation announced that a flagging operations will be implemented on State Road 28/421 between Frankfort and the State Road 29 Junction tomorrow, June 10.
The department announced that beginning tomorrow, June 10 through Thursday, June 13, crews will be replacing two culvert pipes on State Road 28/421 between Frankfort and the State Road 29 Junction.
Flagging operations will be put into place to slow down traffic in the area.
Additional culvert pipe replacements will occur east of Kirklin near County Road 900 in Clinton County.
