The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that a small structure replacement project will close State Road 26 one half of one mile east of State Road 29 on or after Thursday, July 5.
The detour follows State Road 29 to State Road 28 to U.S. 31 and back. The roadway is scheduled to reopen August 21.
The project was awarded to Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc. for $473,200.
