INDOT Sets Patch and Resurface Project on State Road 28

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a patch and resurfacing project will begin on State Road 28 or after Monday, May 18, weather permitting. This project will patch and resurface the roadway from U.S. 421 to the Clinton/Tipton County line. The contractor will be flagging motorists around the area they will be working.

Rieth-Riley Construction Co. was awarded the $1.5 million contract. This is scheduled to be completed in late August. INDOT encourages drivers to slow down, exercise caution and drive distraction-free through this and all work zones.
