The Indiana State Police is hosting an open house at the Lafayette Post located at 5921 State Road 43 in West Lafayette, on Saturday, September 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shine 99 will be doing a live broadcast from the site from 10 a.m. to noon.
This event will give the community an opportunity to see the Helicopter SWAT Team, EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal), K-9 unit and more. Horizon Bank is sponsoring the event, which will include free food and drinks.
