ISP Will Announce New Direction in Delphi Murders Case

According to a press release, Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter will be making an announcement of behalf of the Multi-Agency Taskforce on Monday in Delphi.

The briefing will be given at the Canal Center, 1030 N. Washington St., Delphi, beginning at noon. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. The media briefing will focus on the new direction of the Delphi homicide investigation.

It’s now been more than two years since Libby German and Abby Williams were killed on the Monon High Bridge Trail, and it was two years ago this month that investigators released pictures of the suspect along with an audio clip taken on Libby German’s phone.
