Jake McGraw Scores 40 Points Leading Clinton Prairie To Victory Over Fountain Central

Clinton Prairie Varsity defeated Fountain Central Saturday night at home by the score of 73-61. Between games Jake McGraw was awarded a basketball designed and painted by Patrick Simon. The ball was given to McGraw to recogonize him for scoring 1000 career points, his 1000th point came December 15th at Frontier High School.

The Clinton Prairie Gophers had a job to do and each player played their part resulting in the win.

Scoring for the Gophers were Jake McGraw 40 points, Ryan Harshbarger 12, Levi Ostler 6, Layne Horlacher and Nick Curtin each with 5, Cayden Davis 3, Jaycob Wilson added 2 points to round out the Gophers scoring.

Fountain Central top scorers were Isaac Gayler and Eli Foxworthy each with 18 points, and Will Harmon adding 16 points.

Clinton Prairie’s JV also defeated Fountain Central by the score of 55-20.

Scoring for the Gophers were Evan Smock 13, Jake Swinford 10, Nick Curtin 9, Gaige Kuzmicz 7, Hunter Haynes 6, Rhett Whitlock and Alex King each with 3,Blake Thomas and Kyle Harshbarger each added 2 points.
