James Cash Miller

James Cash Miller, 59, of Frankfort, passed away in the evening hours of Saturday, October 9, 2021, at his residence.  He was born in Kokomo, Indiana on May 11, 1962, to James Miller and Leatrice Peterson.  He married Bobbi Brown, they later divorced. He then married Angela Smith and she precedes James in death.

James was a graduate of Kokomo High School.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1980-1984. James received two associate degrees from Ivy Tech for welding and for machinist.  James was also employed in maintenance with Zachary Confections in Frankfort and as an assembler with Chrysler until the late 2000’s.

He was a musician/guitarist, enjoyed watching videos and was an engaging storyteller. When he wasn’t watching poorly directed movies, he could be found hosting friends and family in his home or hanging with his lovely ladies.

 Surviving James are his children; Kegan Miller of Bloomington, Meikayla Miller of Rossville, and Stevie Miller of Frankfort; stepson, Austin Donoho of Frankfort; siblings, Carl Miller, Mark Miller, Laquita Hobbs, Tamera Connelly, Theresa Larrick, Kathy Tetrick, and Jamey Stewart; grandson, Nolan Brock; half-sister, Lisa Bagby and half-brother Scott Miller.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Angela, and half-brother, Toby Miller.

Visitation will be Friday, October 15th, 2021, from 9:00 am until the start of the funeral service at 10:30 am, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort with Pastor Ron Masters officiating.  Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Marion National Cemetery, Marion, IN.
