James “Paiute” Miller, 50, of Lafayette, Ind., died March 7, 2021 in Lafayette, Ind. He was born December 13, 1970 in Phoenix, AZ to William Charles & Geraldine “Gerrie” (Ewing) Miller. He married Priscilla Frausto in November 1995 and they later divorced.
James moved to Frankfort in 1976 and was a 1990 graduate of Frankfort High School. He had previously worked for Frito Lay and Fairfield in Lafayette. James was a fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and Chicago Cubs.
He is survived by his Sister: Mary (Todd) Keever of rural Frankfort; former In-Laws: Juan & Rosa Frausto of Pearsall, TX; 3 Sisters-in-law: Bobbie Winsett, Johannie Emerson, and Stacey Delagado all of Lafayette; 2 Nephews: Marcos Salinas of Frankfort and Daniel Frausto of Lafayette; 3 Great Nieces and Nephews: Alexis Salinas, Monroe Salinas, and Marcos Salinas all of Frankfort; and Uncle: Jim (Paula) Miller of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Geraldine Miller.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
