Jane Rodgers, 97, of Frankfort, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Wesley Manor. She was born May 5, 1923 in Frankfort, Ind. to Ralph & Dora (Gray) Irwin. She married Edward C. Rodgers on February 14, 1942 and he preceded her in death in May 12, 1979.
Jane was a 1940 graduate of Jackson Township School and attended Indiana University. She worked in advertising for Ellis Jewelry and Frankfort Morning Times and later was a real estate agent for Joe Risse. She was a lifelong resident of Clinton County. She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church, Frankfort Country Club and Home Ec. Club.

ughters: Beverly J. Holloway of Roseland, VA, Barbara J. Johnson of Springville, IN, Susan Robey of Lafayette, IN, Jane Telander of Wimauma, FL, a sister: Margaret “Peg” Evans of Saratoga Springs, NY, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters.
Funeral Services:
No public visitation or services are planned. Private family burial will take place in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
