Frankfort’s local favorite the Jason Wells Band will perform once again in the Skanta Theatre on Saturday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m. He last performed at the Frankfort Community Public Library on October 7 2017. A percentage of the ticket sales will go towards funding programs like Youth Theatre, Friends of the Library Concert Series, and art classes for children and adults.
The Jason Wells Band has performed at Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago, The Slippery Noodle Inn in Indianapolis, The Arcada Theater, Hard Rock Cafe in Memphis, Indianapolis, and St. Louis, and on the side stage at Ruoff Music Center (formerly Klipsch). He now tours with his band all throughout the Midwest, gaining fans wherever they go. Jason has become one of the most sought after blues and rock guitarists in the mid-west. Wells has written an ebook, Musician’s Guide, for musicians looking for tips on starting their own career in music.
Jason has shared the stage with Candlebox, Jimmie Van Zant, The Kentucky Headhunters, Jackyl and Tantric. He has played on the same stage as Earth, Wind and Fire and Chicago.
