Jeffrey L. Dellinger, 67, of Mulberry, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at his residence in Mulberry. He was born on March 28, 1954, in Lafayette, to Melvin and Joan (Peters) Dellinger Jr. He married Annie King; they divorced.
Jeff was a 1972 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School and continued his education at Purdue University where he graduated with a degree in Food & Science. He then went to work for Purdue University as a shipping and receiving clerk in the Chemistry Building and retired after 28 years of service. He was a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church and was an avid bowler and member of the Arrowhead Bowling League. He was also a 60’s and 70’s music enthusiast.
Jeff is survived by his daughter, Ashley Skarda (husband, Michael J.) of Duluth, GA and step-son, Christopher Rogers of Lafayette.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at noon on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Genda Funeral Home, Mulberry Chapel with Pastor Kevin Smith officiating. Entombment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
