Jeffrey Noah Waters

Jeffrey Noah Waters, 50, of Camden, Ind., passed away on August 31, 2022 following a month long battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer.  He was born on June 3, 1972 in Frankfort to the late Tommy F. Waters and Dianna (Coulter) Snapp, she survives.  He married Lisa Woods on February 10, 1995 in Frankfort and she preceded him in death on August 25, 2021.

Jeff was a 1990 graduate of Clinton Central High School and was a carpenter.  He attended and was baptized in the First Baptist Church in Celina, TN and had attended First Assembly of God in Delphi.  A gifted athlete, he loved coaching his sons in sports and enjoyed woodworking.  He and Lisa, along with their boys, Mitchell and Seth, built a cabin by hand using lumber from their property in Tennessee.  The four of them spent many times making memories during construction and enjoying many special times together in the completed cabin.

Surviving are his Mother: Dianna (Larry) Snapp of Camden; Son: Seth Thomas Waters of Camden; Brother: Scott (Jennifer) Waters of Pleasant Hill, OH; and Nephew: Parker Waters of Vandalia, OH.  Also surviving is Jeff’s best friend and constant companion: Nikki – his 8 year old dog.  Jeff was preceded in death by his father: Tommy Waters, wife: Lisa Waters, and son: Mitchell Waters.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.  Friends may visit 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service in Bunnell Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jeff’s honor to the Clinton Central Football Program, C/O the Clinton Central Athletic Department, 815 State Road 29, Michigantown, IN  46057.  Please visit archerweston.com, where you may share a message with the family.
