Joseph E. “Mick” Miller, 76, of Frankfort, passed away on Tuesday, March 06, 2018, at North Woods Village in Kokomo. Mick was born January 17, 1942, in Frankfort, to the late Joe and Norma Maxine (Wright) Miller.
In 1960, Mick graduated from Frankfort High School. He then served in the United States Army as Military Police. Throughout his life, Mick worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber and Pomps Tire in Indianapolis from which he retired. He returned to the Frankfort area in 2008.
Surviving Mick are his son, Michael Anthony Miller, of Monticello; daughter, Kelly Jean Sanchez, of Miami, Fla.; sister, Vicki Elliott, of Frankfort; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 pm, Friday, March 9, 2018, at Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort, with a memorial gathering beginning at 2:00 p.m. Inurnment will follow in the cemetery. Memorials in Mick’s name may be made to Feed the Children, LeSea Broadcasting, or the donor’s choice.
