SEWING

Check-in Times:

 

3rd grade and Sr. Division will be checked in @ 12:00 p.m.

4th – 5th grades will be checked in @ 12:30 p.m.

6th – 7th grades will be checked in @ 1:00 p.m.

Approximate judging times will be as follows:

 

Fashion Revue judging: (times are approximate)

12:30 p.m.   – Grade 3, Grades 8-12

1:00 p.m.   – Grades 4 & 5

1:30 p.m. – Grade 6 & 7

 

NOTE: Senior division will model between junior divisions.

 

Sewing Construction judging: (times are approximate)

12:30 p.m.  – Grade 3 (begin w/non-Fashion Revue items)

1:00 p.m.   –  Grades 8-12 (begin w/non-Fashion Revue items)

1:30 p.m.   –  Grades 4 & 5

2:15 p.m.  –  Grades 6 & 7

 

WEARABLE ARTS

Check-in Times:

2:00 p.m. – Check in

2:30 p.m. – Fashion Revue judging begins

 

Fashion Revue is not a requirement of Wearable Arts. Modeling your clothing is a fun way to show off your workmanship!

CONSUMER CLOTHING  

Check-in times:

12:30 p.m. – Turn in all notebooks and record sheets

1:00 p.m.  – Notebook judging begins.

This is closed judging.

2:00 p.m. – Fashion Revue/Interview judging in this order: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

 

Notes & Tips:

  • Fashion Revue is a requirement of this project.
  • The judges are looking for complete answers done in a well-presented notebook. Over-decorating does not give you extra points.
