Judith Ann (Astolfi) Spitalniak was born January 3rd, 1944, and passed away in Venice, FL on February 18th, 2024. Judi graduated from Clinton Central High School in 1962. Through her life, Judi touched many people in the Frankfort, IN and Lafayette, IN community through her work at Kettelhut Construction, as an owner of McCord Candies and finally as a Loan Originator for Bank One/Chase. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Robert (Bob) Spitalniak, Venice, Fl, her brother Larry Astolfi, Frankfort, IN, her children Cindi (Pete) Vilardi, Venice, FL, Rob (Kathy) Spitalniak, Lafayette, IN and Christa (John) Gates, Oswego, IL. She is also survived by her grandkids Kayla (Adam) Cochrane, Rebecca (Colin) McCord, Ashley Melcho, Austin (Kyla) Spitalniak, Amanda Spitalniak, Nicholas Gates, and one great-grandchild Savana Spitalniak.
Judi was proceeded in death by her brother, Joseph Astolfi
Judi was passionate about taking cruises and enjoying a glass of wine while sitting in her lanai. A Mass and Celebration of Life ceremony will be held over Memorial Day Weekend at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice, FL where she was a parishioner. Date and time to be determined.
