Julia A. Deeter, 91 of Frankfort, died May 18, 2022 at I.U. Health Hospital, Frankfort, Ind. She was born January 27, 1931 in Carlton, PA to Harper Nelson & Florence (Buchanan) Hart. She married Chester R. Deeter on September 12, 1959 and he preceded her in death on December 29, 1996.
Julia grew up in Pennsylvania, graduating 
in 1949 from Franklin High School, Franklin, PA. She had lived on the West coast, in Guam and Hawaii before moving to Indiana. She had worked for the Indiana State Board of Accounts in Indianapolis, retiring in 1994. Julia was of the Protestant faith, an avid reader and loved her family.
Julia is survived by 2 daughters: Cassie D. Addington and Tami D. Harper both of Frankfort, 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters, Helen Hart, Mary Stroup, Ada Donley, Edith Smith, and Ella McCartney.
Funeral Services:
