June Lee Cassada, 56, formerly of Frankfort, passed away, Sunday, May 26, 2019, in Rossville, after a three year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born January 25, 1963 in Frankfort, to the late Claude Cassada and Carol (Terry) Allikas; her mother survives in Hillsboro, WI.
In 1981, June graduated from Frankfort Senior High School. She had worked for Flying J truck stop as a waitress, SIA and CNH as a forklift driver. June loved flowers, gardening, planting, and camping with her grandkids.
In addition to her mother, June is survived by her daughter, Tara Cassada, of Frankfort; companion, Randy Wells, of Rossville; sister, Valerie (George) Anichini, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Hannah, J.J., Raelynn, and London June; and a special friend, Patty Sexton (fiancé, Ron) of Frankfort.
June is also preceded in death by her son, Josh Henderson, and sister, Connie Cassada.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 3:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Frank Harness will officiate.
