Justin Michael Ewer-Elliott

Justin Michael Ewer-Elliott, 17, of Mulberry, was welcomed to his heavenly home, Friday, June 5, 2020.  He was born March 3, 2003 in Pekin, IL to Justin Robert Smith and Nicole (Elliott) Shockley.  Justin attended Clinton Prairie High School where he ran track.  He enjoyed being in the outdoors and could often be found climbing, wading and tubing in the creek, and fishing with his friends.  He also enjoyed playing video games and weightlifting.  He took pride in learning interesting tidbits and facts about history of the world and was a huge animal lover.

Justin is survived by his mother, Nicole and step-father Brian Shockley Jr.; sisters, Ava and Dilynn Shockley; brother, Caleb Shockley; grandparents, Kimberly Elliott, Kenneth (Lori) Elliott, Janice Leininger, Robert Smith, Sue and Roger Ewer, Brian (Tammy) Shockley, Sr. and Brenda (Dan) Laprade; great grandparents, Pastor Donald and Mary Williams and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm, Monday, June 8, 2020 at Fair Haven Cemetery.  His great grandfather, Pastor Donald Williams will officiate. Genda Funeral Home Mulberry Chapel is assisting with the arrangements.

Due to the restrictions that are still in place, due to the COVID-19 virus, the family asks that if allotted numbers requirements are exceeded, that you be patient and remain in your vehicle until the end of the service. After the service, you will be allowed to pass by the grave site and visit with the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Genda Funeral Home to assist with the funeral costs.
