Kathleen S. Hopkins, 82, of Frankfort, Ind., passed away January 10, 2026 at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on June 1, 1943 in Indianapolis to William C. and Zolah Ludeman. She married David Hopkins in 1969 and he survives.
Kathleen grew up in Indianapolis where she graduated from High School and Beauty School and then moved to Frankfort in 1969. Kathleen was the owner of the Candle Light Bridal Shop in Frankfort and was a hairdresser and floral designer. She was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God and taught bible study on the Book of Revelation. She love making flower arrangements.
Surviving along with her husband, David, are her daughter: Carol Hopkins of Frankfort and step-sons: Kenny (Karen) Hopkins of Logansport and Mark Hopkins of Rochester and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and a step-son: Charles Hopkins.
