Tonight the Kirklin Travelers Ladies 12u defeated the Sheridan Blackhawks in both games of a double header. Game one the score was Kirklin 18 – Sheridan 7, Game two was Kirklin 14 and Sheridan 3.
In both games Nuriah Harvey and Emma Evans took the win pitching for the Travelers.
Many of the girls on both teams had hits.
Kirklin has been the underdog for many years, but this year is a bit different. These girls have been working hard to better them selves on and off the field.
This team has definitely been on both ends of the spectrum, but this year they happen to be on the winning end. Tonight they moved to 9-1!

June 4 in Lapel
June 6-10 county tournament in Kirklin
