On July 9, 2026, Knight Dan Weber presented a check to the Clinton County Special Olympics program using funds raised through the Knights of Columbus annual Tootsie Roll Drive held earlier this spring.
Accepting the donation was Clinton County Special Olympics Coordinator Crissy Earl, who expressed appreciation for the continued support from the Knights of Columbus and community members who contributed during the fundraiser.
The Tootsie Roll Drive is an annual Knights of Columbus initiative that raises money to benefit individuals with intellectual disabilities and support Special Olympics programs and other organizations that provide opportunities for athletes to compete, grow and succeed.
The donation will help Clinton County Special Olympics continue providing athletic opportunities, training and support for local athletes.
Organizers thank everyone who participated in the spring fundraiser and helped make the donation possible through their generosity and community support.
