On August 15, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Officers of the Kokomo Police Department were sent to the Kokomo Reservoir Park in reference to an armed robbery that just occurred. Upon Officers arrival, they spoke to the 21 year old male victim who said he was just robbed at gunpoint. The victim said he was on the pier with a friend when a male approached him wearing a ski mask and pointing a handgun at him. The suspect ordered the victim to empty his pockets which he did. The suspect punched the victim in the face several times and pushed him off of the pier and into the water. Witnesses observed the suspect run to a black GM vehicle without the mask on and drive away. The suspect was described as a bi-racial male, thin build, with a dark beard and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
As a result of the investigation, Howard Superior I Court issued arrest warrants for the arrest of 23 year old Isaiah Warren for Armed Robbery, Level 3 Felony, Criminal Confinement, Level 3 Felony, Intimidation, Level 5 Felony and Battery, an A-Misd. and for 22 year old Zoey Lockhart-Noel for Aiding, Inducing or Causing Armed Robbery, Level 3 Felony.
On August 27, Kokomo Police arrested both Isaiah Warren and Zoey Lockhart-Noel without incident. Both Warren and Lockhart-Noel have bonds of $100,000.00 without 10%.
