On October 23, 2023, the Kokomo Police Department took a Missing Person report involving 33 year old Justin Patterson. Mr. Patterson was last seen on foot, on October 22, at 811 S. Webster. Mr. Patterson is described as a white male, approximately 6′ tall, approximately 350 pounds, brown hair, and with a full beard. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray shorts. He also has tattoos on his forearms.
