At approximately 4:21 a.m. Sunday, Officers of the Kokomo Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of West Elm in reference to a shooting. Upon their arrival, Officers located a deceased male lying in the roadway suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Investigators have learned that there were numerous people present when the shooting occurred. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the Kokomo Police Department. The victim’s name is being withheld at this time.
This case remains active for investigation by the Kokomo Police Department and the Howard County Coroner’s Office.
