On April 15, 2026 at about 2:47pm, the Kokomo Police Department was dispatched to the south Kroger, 2821 S. Washington Street, for the report of a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who alleged that an elderly white male with a white beard, wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and baseball style cap, had intentionally hit the rear of her vehicle with a shopping cart which resulted in damage to the vehicle. The victim confronted the suspect who did not deny intentionally hitting her vehicle with the cart.
Surveillance video was obtained from Kroger which captured the suspect entering the store. Images of the suspect are attached with this release. Anyone having information as to the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Kokomo Police Department.
