Kokomo Police Investigating Theft

On June 19, at about 6:15 p.m., the Kokomo Police Department responded to Ulta Beauty Supply, 2134 E. Boulevard, for the report of a theft.  Employees advised that over the past several months the store has been the victim of numerous thefts.  The suspects were described as four black females ranging in age of what appears to be 24 to 32 years-old.

Ulta employees said the females entered the store and began shopping as they placed items into shopping baskets.  The suspect females then went to the back of the store where they set their baskets down and then began claiming that they lost a cellular phone to distract employees. While employees were distracted, one of the female suspects left the store with merchandise without rendering payment.  The remaining females would then exit the store with more merchandise with the employees still distracted.  They were observed leaving the scene in what appeared to be a red in color Jeep Cherokee.

Surveillance video was obtained which captured the suspects in the store.  Images of the female suspects are attached.  The Kokomo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying these suspects.  Please refer to the attached images.
