In January 2025, the Kokomo Police Department Drug Task Force conducted a series of arrests that were a result of Operation “Breeze,” which was initiated in 2024 as a means to address the presence of drug dealing in the city.
According to police, during the operation, detectives seized “dealer” quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, controlled substances, cocaine and psilocybin mushrooms. Detectives also reportedly seized 13 firearms, body armor and approximately $12,000 in United States currency.
The Wabash County Drug Task Force, Kokomo Police Department K-9 Division and Kokomo Police Department Patrol Division also aided in the investigation and arrests of the individuals during the operation.
The following individuals were charged or arrested during Operation “Breeze”:

Alexxis Luke: Dealing Methamphetamine (4 counts)
Danielle Bradley: Dealing Methamphetamine (6 counts), Possession of Methamphetamine, Neglect of a Dependent, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe
Philip Causey: Dealing Methamphetamine (2 counts)
Frankie Bradley: Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine
Brian Nation: Dealing Methamphetamine
Tomaj Stitts: Dealing Methamphetamine (2 counts)

The department stated that as of Thursday evening, Anderson and Dixon had not been located but both have active warrants out of Howard County for their arrest.
