Lacey Starr Arthur, 37, of Frankfort, passed away April 21, 2026 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Frankfort. She was born on April 10, 1989 in Frankfort to Tina Arthur and Scott McQueen.
Lacey was a 2007 graduate of Frankfort High School and had worked in the home health care industry and for Goodwill in Frankfort. She was a homebody and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Lacey will be remembered for her sense of humor and her contagious laugh. Her greatest joy was spending time with her girls.
Surviving are her parents: Scott and Tina McQueen of Frankfort, her daughters: Tru Arthur and Harper Webb both of Frankfort, Companion: Mack Webb of Frankfort, Brother: Anthony McQueen (Tessa Felty) of Frankfort, Paternal Grandmother: Phyllis McQueen of Frankfort, Maternal Grandfather: Rick Harper of Frankfort, Aunts: Misty McQueen of Frankfort and Amy Scering of Kentucky, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather: Michael McQueen and Maternal Grandmother: Glenda Harper.
A private family visitation will be held at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.
