The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Monday morning with Clinton County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Shan Sheridan.
“The businesses are trying to comply with the (state) guidelines,: said Sheridan. “Some have changed protocol and other have placed their priorities elsewhere. It’s not near the pulse we had three months ago,. Folks are extremely cautious about getting out.”
