The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Tuesday morning with Clinton County Commissioners President Josh Uitts.
“The first thing people need to realize is we’re going to reopen when we’re ready,” said Uitts. “Our small businesses need to reopen as soon as possible. We’re kind of waiting to see what the governor says later this week.”
