The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Tuesday morning with Clinton County Health Officer Dr. Steve Tharp.
“We need to be very careful and keep our distance (from each other),” said Tharp. “This is no time to let up. What we are doing is working. But, we’re still going to have more cases, some of which will be severe.”
